Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight for Medicaid Services EQR contracts
Serve as senior relationship leader for state Medicaid agencies and stakeholders
Direct project planning, implementation, and performance monitoring
Lead and coach project managers and assigned staff
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and corrective action
Ensure customer deliverables are accurate, high quality, and timely
Leverage tools such as SharePoint and Copilot to streamline workflows
Monitor financial performance including staffing plans and budgets
Identify and mitigate operational, contractual, staffing, and customer risks
Advise project leads on project design, data collection, analysis, quality review, and report development
Advance standardized, scalable processes and promote continuous improvement
