JOB SUMMARY Trace3 is investing aggressively in enterprise growth, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help expand our presence across Southern California. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise customers and strategic prospects, driving both revenue and Gross Profit (GP) growth through long-term client partnerships. You'll identify new opportunities, develop executive relationships, and deliver business outcomes through Trace3's portfolio of cloud, cybersecurity, AI and data, digital infrastructure, managed services, and consulting solutions. Southern California represents one of the most strategic and opportunity-rich markets in the country, spanning large enterprise organizations across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, media, technology, retail, and public sector. We're looking for a strategic seller who thrives in complex enterprise environments, leads with a consultative approach, and knows how to orchestrate technical teams and partners to win transformational opportunities. If you're motivated by building lasting customer relationships and creating profitable growth, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across Southern California with accountability for revenue and Gross Profit (GP) performance. • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and increased share of wallet. • Identify and close new opportunities across Trace3's full portfolio of technology, consulting, and managed services. • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and solution areas. • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and executive business leaders. • Serve as the primary account leader, coordinating engineering, consulting, services, and strategic technology partners throughout the sales process. • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently achieve revenue and GP objectives. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of technology sales experience with a consistent track record of revenue and Gross Profit (GP) growth. • Proven success expanding the penetration and technology heat map in existing commercial accounts through strategic initiatives and solution diversification. • Experience selling complex technology solutions that include consulting and managed services. • Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, AI and data, infrastructure, and managed services. • Established customer and partner relationships within the Southern California market. • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and business acumen. • Experience working within OEM, VAR, and partner ecosystems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL The most successful candidates typically bring: • Experience growing accounts with multiple stakeholders, including procurement and finance. • A track record of creating net-new opportunities, not simply managing renewals or transactional sales. • Success leading multi-solution engagements that combine technology, consulting, and managed services. • The ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders and position technology as a business enabler. • Strong collaboration skills, bringing together technical experts and partners to deliver winning solutions. • Consistent pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and a history of exceeding revenue and GP targets. WHY TRACE3 Trace3 continues to outpace the market through strategic investments in services, technical talent, and enterprise capabilities. Our growth creates exceptional opportunities for experienced sellers who want to build meaningful customer relationships and expand their impact. Here, you'll have: • A market-leading portfolio of technology, consulting, and managed services. • Deep technical and services expertise to support complex enterprise pursuits. • The autonomy to build long-term account strategies and drive profitable growth. • A collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes. • The opportunity to grow your career with a company that's investing in its people, its customers, and its future. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Consistent year-over-year growth in Gross Profit (GP). • Expanded strategic relationships and increased share of wallet within enterprise accounts. • Strong pipeline health and accurate forecasting. • Long-term client partnerships built on measurable business outcomes. • A reputation as a trusted advisor who helps customers solve their most important business challenges. If you're an experienced enterprise seller with strong relationships throughout Southern California who thrives on building strategic relationships, navigating complex opportunities, and delivering profitable growth, we'd love to talk.
