Responsibilities

Be a business advisor to partners and own revenue targets
Drive joint business plans with focus partners
Partner with Account Executives to increase partner attach
Orchestrate co-sell, co-marketing, and co-solutioning activities
Sign new partners and map territory for joint opportunities
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and set targets
Coordinate deal registration, lead sharing, and co-sell
Create joint assets like reference architectures and solution briefs
Run joint marketing events and campaigns
Work with Partner Sales Engineers for technical readiness
Build strong relationships with sales leadership
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and annual planning

Qualification

Hyperscaler co-sell experienceExisting relationships with AMER SIsSales methodology trainingKong Inc

Preferred

Prior Partner Sales Manager or partner leadership experience at an API, integration, or open-source-led company
Hyperscaler co-sell experience, such as AWS ISV Accelerate, Azure IP Co-sell, or GCP Partner Advantage
Existing relationships with AMER SIs, regional consultancies, or value-added resellers
Sales methodology training, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
