Account Manager, Corporate Enterprise Growth Strategy

Required

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience owning customer relationships in a dynamic startup environment and/or management consulting.
• A talent for breaking down complex problems and translating high-level goals into relevant, actionable plans.
• In-depth understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models.
• Strong executive presence and a proven ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Excellent business acumen, presentation skills, sound decision-making, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven project and program management experience, with a strong understanding of phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify, SFRA, etc.) is a plus.
• Travel: Estimated 15-20% travel to client sites and other locations as needed.
• Expected Pay Range: $145,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)*
• *The listed OTE represents the target for this role. Final compensation, including base salary and variable components, will be commensurate with experience and may be adjusted for candidates who exceed minimum qualifications.
