Isembard General Manager at Isembard launches and operates the company's first factory in California, overseeing site selection, team hiring, customer acquisition, and factory operations. This role includes deploying proprietary software MasonOS and ensuring quality and security standards.

Responsibilities

We're opening Isembard's first factory in California, and the General Manager launches it. You'll choose the site, hire the team, win the first customers and run the factory day to day, with the backing of our factories in Dallas, London, Hamburg and Paris.
You'll own the site's revenue, delivery, quality and security, and bring it onto MasonOS, the software that runs every Isembard factory.
Find, qualify and secure the site: power, space, layout and the machines that go in it.
Hire and lead the first team of machinists, CAM programmers, quality and operations people.
Build relationships with aerospace, defense and industrial customers, and turn them into long-term demand for machined parts.
Find and bring on franchise partners across the region.
Run the factory to strict quality and security standards, and keep it running.
Deploy MasonOS, and tell us how it should work on the shop floor.
