System design and architecture, with an emphasis on building for scale
Docker/Kubernetes
Public cloud platform services: Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques and tooling

Qualification

Required

You have at least 6 months of educational or professional experience with backend engineering

Preferred

Have programming and syntax knowledge in Go, Python, Java, Scala, or other similar backend programming languages
You understand data modeling in both SQL based and NoSQL database systems
You understand version control using Git and Github.com
