BoschGroup Deburrer at Bosch Rexroth responsible for removing burrs from manifolds using hand tools and automated processes. Prepare and operate thermal deburring machines and inspect finished products.

Responsibilities

Review work instructions for manifold and determine method of deburring
Manually deburr manifold blocks by hand using files, drills, scrapers, brushes, etc.
Prepare thermo deburring machine for run; turn on gas and check connections; load program
Perform safety check on thermal deburring machine prior to operation
Run preliminary job for verification
Load/unload thermo deburring machine
Use hand light to illuminate manifold cavities for hidden burrs
Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination
Stack finished product as directed on work instructions on pallets or crates
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
