Nox Metals Nox Metals is hiring Factory Technicians to operate saws and CNC equipment to cut, inspect, and ship aluminum products to aerospace and defense customers. The role involves hands-on operation, quality control, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

This is a hands on job with real equipment and real software. We'll train and certify you, and you'll learn how a modern metals operation runs from receiving to shipping. You report to your Shift Lead.
If you've worked in a factory, a metals shop, or a skilled trade and you want to work somewhere that moves fast, this is your next step.
Weekdays, Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM (with availability for early mornings, late nights, and additional days as needed)
Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems
Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec
Run forklifts and overhead cranes, we’ll train and certify you
Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision
Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders
Package, label, and stage outbound shipments
Record cut data and job completions in our software systems, accurately, every time
Look at every process and figure out how to make it better
Keep the floor clean, organized, and ready for the next job
