We are looking for a Senior AI System Architect to shape the end-to-end architecture for agentic AI software on HP PCs. You will connect AI runtimes, Windows system software, device resources, cloud services, and enterprise requirements into a coherent design that engineering teams can build and validate.

This role calls for broad PC systems expertise and enough depth in AI inference and orchestration to make sound architectural decisions. You will work across teams to define how workloads are coordinated and routed, how the platform responds to resource pressure, and how security and manageability are built into the system. You will lead through technical direction, design reviews, and close partnership with engineers implementing the architecture.

What You Might Do

Define system architecture and technical requirements for AI capabilities spanning Windows PCs, on-device runtimes, cloud services, and applications.

Design how multiple agents and models interact with platform services and how workloads are placed across CPU, GPU, NPU, and cloud resources.

Establish architectural approaches to memory, compute, latency, and thermal constraints so AI workloads preserve the overall PC experience.

Define interfaces and integration patterns for internal features, external models, partner software, and system management components.

Incorporate security, privacy, networking, deployment, and enterprise IT manageability into platform design from the outset.

Work with AI platform, system software, security, and product teams to resolve cross-component dependencies and guide implementation decisions.

Set validation criteria for performance, reliability, scalability, and resource efficiency; review test findings and drive architectural improvements.

Review designs across projects, communicate trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders, and mentor engineers on system-level decisions.
