Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

Required

• You bring 5+ years of experience governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs (Braze experience is a major plus), managing data inflows and outflows, and maintaining data hygiene.
• You have 2+ years of hands-on experience owning Ad Operations execution, including setting up pixel configurations, server-side tracking, and targeting parameters across a variety of channels (Search, Social, Display, OTT, etc).
• You possess strong, fluent SQL skills and are comfortable querying, transforming, and modeling complex datasets to support targeting and custom audiences.
• You are a rare hybrid, equal parts marketer, engineer, and analyst, with an exceptional ability to translate marketing strategy into technical architecture and execution plans.
• You have strong working knowledge of email deliverability best practices, IP/domain health management, and regulatory frameworks such as CAN-SPAM.
• Experience with Braze Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex canvas/journey orchestration.
• Experience in highly regulated fields, such as financial services, that operate under limited targeting constraints.
• Familiarity working with modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Segment).
• This role will be based in the US.
