Strong expertise in Oracle CX data models, architecture, and tools (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud).
Extensive experience with Oracle data conversion methodologies, ETL tools, and data migration techniques.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI).
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards in Oracle environments.
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
Willingness to get hands on with the product.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
