Ready Assembly Technician at Ready supports the full build cycle of custom communication pods, including receiving components, assembly, wiring, finishing, and preparing units for shipment. The role requires hands-on technical work and adherence to structured build processes.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments and components
Perform incoming quality control checks on parts and materials
Assemble enclosure structures and mechanical components
Measure, drill, cut, and modify parts for custom fitment
Install AV equipment including screens, cameras, speakers, and peripherals
Perform wiring, connector installation, and cable terminations
Apply PDLC privacy film and other finishing elements
Test assemblies and verify system readiness before shipment
Package and crate finished units safely for transport
Maintain organized workspaces and follow shop safety procedures
Support daily production targets
