Scribe Sales Operations Manager, Enablement at Scribe owns the workflow design and onboarding for GTM roles including AE, BDR, CSM, and SE. This role maps workflows, builds manager inspection layers, and runs onboarding cohorts end to end.
Responsibilities
Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for every GTM role
Design the task, queue, and report experience for consistent workflows
Build the manager inspection layer for adoption tracking
Run new-hire onboarding cohorts end to end
Own change adoption for pricing, packaging, process, or tooling shifts
Re-architect broken workflows and specify fixes
Run front line user support and case queue
Qualification
Daily use of AI-native tools
Required
Experience as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company
Ability to design and specify workflow fixes
Understanding of Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems
Experience running onboarding or training cohorts end to end
Comfortable running training sessions and office hours
Daily use of AI-native tools
Preferred
Experience owning onboarding or enablement programs across Sales and Customer Success
