Process Support Scientist, Microbiology

Required

• This individual should be able to independently plan and execute scientifically sound experiments, evaluate results, test hypotheses, and translate technical findings into practical solutions aligned with business needs. They should also understand the operational and commercial implications of product and process decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. The person will work across functions, present project results to internal and external audiences, contribute to project planning, and provide technical direction and mentorship to less experienced colleagues. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable for timely project completion, comfortable serving as a lead scientist or project contributor, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
• BS in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience
• MS in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field with 1-3 years relevant experience
