AbbVie Marketing Manager I/II at AbbVie responsible for designing and implementing payer marketing plans to support market access. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize market access for launch indications.
Responsibilities
Development and execution of high-impact marketing tactics that are innovative and executable to support healthcare decision makers. This includes supporting the creation and pull through of marketing materials throughout the review process.
Requires the ability to provide in-depth insights based on product / market assessments, understand the changing healthcare landscape, and assimilate key stakeholder feedback in order to make strategic & tactical recommendations.
Collaboration and partnership with internal cross functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategy alignment.
Close partnership and alignment required with brand colleagues to support brand priorities and indication launches.
Work with Market Access teams to understand payer policies and drivers to quality access and proactively identify potential opportunities and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility. Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion.
Track detailed launch execution on payer formulary adoption.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate.
Proactively support the account teams through ongoing communications of marketing programs.
Serve as Market Access lead on the Integrated Operations Tem to ensure executional launch alignment

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years pharma marketing experience required.
Experience with Veeva
Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including portfolio value story, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, account segmentation-based engagement
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with payer policy documents
Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution urgency, and follow-through.
Analytical skills including analysis and tracking of budgets
Preferred
Advanced degree/MBA or previous sales/marketing experience required
