Finni Health Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Finni Health providing 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. Responsible for following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to communicate progress.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Qualification

Bilingual skills#IndeedHires2026

Required

Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
Previous experience working with children
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids

Preferred

Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
Knowledge of behavior management strategies
Bilingual skills
