Finni Health Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Supports skill development, behavior reduction, and data collection for clients.
Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
Qualification
Current RBT Certification (required)A background in special educationBackground in special education

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
