Nevoya is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within current accounts, managing day to day customer relationships, and building the kind of trust that turns a single lane into a multi lane, multi year partnership.

This is a highly cross functional role that touches sales, operations, and customer experience, and is well suited to someone who enjoys owning outcomes end to end.

Own net revenue growth across your account portfolio, tracking growth year over year and quarter over quarter

Drive upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts, including new lanes and service lines

Manage renewals and protect account revenue retention through contract expiration

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, meeting response time targets

Maintain a healthy issue backlog and manage resolution time by severity

Run scheduled account touchpoints and check ins on a consistent cadence

Prepare and deliver QBRs and scorecards on time and with accurate data

Track action items generated in QBRs and drive them to closure before the next review

Monitor account level margin and identify opportunities for margin improvement over time

Lead rate renegotiations and cost to serve reduction initiatives
