Required

• The ideal candidate is an experienced leader holding a Bachelor’s degree and possessing the proven ability to motivate and guide a workforce through a dynamic organizational culture shift.
• Self-driven, go-getter, ambitious mentality, willing to think outside the box, find gaps, and fix them. Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload based on urgency.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of instructional systems design, a proven ability to deliver high-impact briefings, and a thorough understanding of the educational methodologies and compliance procedures necessary to design effective training.
• Creativity and professionalism; be able to create training that is easy for all personnel to understand, complies with government policy, and incorporates Anduril processes and procedures. Gives people what they need to know to do their jobs.
• Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07 and applicable Intelligence Community Standards (ICS).
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and customers
• Must hold a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
