Responsibilities
As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
Carries out migration of the changes to production
Assists with technical design and documentation
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Here's what you need:
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience
Qualification
ITSMBachelor's degreeSecurity ClearanceActive TS/SCI clearanceAs required by local law
Preferred
ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)
Custom application development experience
Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance
