Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in scaling EliseAI during a critical stage of growth. In this role, you’ll be the face of EliseAI for candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the interview process and ensuring every interaction reflects our culture, ambition, and values.
You’ll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leaders across the company to bring in exceptional talent that will fundamentally change how people interact with essential services like housing and healthcare

Own the candidate experience end-to-end, serving as the main point of contact from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EliseAI’s culture, pace, and high bar for talent
Support all aspects of the recruiting process, including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changes
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly, while identifying bottlenecks and helping improve and scale our interview workflows
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity across all recruiting workflows
Follow up with interviewers to collect timely and thoughtful candidate feedback
Help coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, and meetups
Maintain and improve recruiting process documentation and job postings
Drive and support recruiting projects that directly impact how EliseAI grows and operates

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
