1x People Operations Generalist at 1X manages employee lifecycle systems including HRIS, payroll, onboarding, and compliance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate data and automating processes to scale with the company.
Responsibilities
Own a seamless and scalable employee lifecycle experience including onboarding and offboarding
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee data and scalable People workflows in Rippling
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work
Ensure payroll-impacting employee changes, benefits, leaves, and employment transitions are processed accurately and on time
Deliver compliant and employee-centered administration of benefits and leave programs
Maintain strong People Operations compliance and reporting practices including I-9, wage and hour, EEO-1, California Pay Data Reporting, and ACA reporting
Qualification
Experience supporting hourlyExperience with EEO-1Experience with Tilt
Preferred
Experience with Rippling’s Custom Integration Platform (CIP) or similar integration and automation tools.
Experience supporting hourly, non-exempt workforces in manufacturing or operations environments.
Multi-state People Operations experience.
Experience with EEO-1, California Pay Data, ACA, and 401(k) reporting.
Experience with Tilt, Ashby, or similar HR technology platforms.
Experience using Claude or other AI tools to automate or improve recurring HR processes.
