Bosch The HR Generalist at BoschGroup supports HR practices and programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR analytics, and associate engagement. This role manages recruitment processes and supports positive cultural preservation.
Supports the HRBP in the analyses of HR KPI’s and their fulfillment by generating accurate, high-quality reports relating to hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity, etc.
Associate Engagement Activities
Supports local site events geared towards associate engagement.
Knowledge of human resources management practices and US labor / employment law.
Ability to effectively resolve issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or federal/state law.
Excellent skill in both verbal and written communication, with financial and business acumen.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Must be a self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands; has a sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
