Everlaw Technical Program Manager at Everlaw driving technical alignment and process enforcement across Engineering. Focus on building automation tools and enabling Engineering Managers and Program Managers.
Responsibilities
Partner with Software Engineers and Engineering Managers to define project scope, track dependencies, and remove blockers
Develop and refine roadmaps for operational programs aligned with business objectives
Build automation-based workflows and self-service tools within engineering systems
Define, collect, and sanitize raw usage data to design business intelligence visualizations
Synthesize complex project information into accessible narratives for senior leadership
Break down technical solutions into meaningful milestones and execute projects
Operate and deliver projects using industry and project management best practices
Qualification
Required
You have 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or in a similar technical program/project management function.
You have a background in software development or a deep understanding of software engineering platforms and infrastructure architecture.
You have domain expertise and working Python knowledge in relation to data structures, distributed systems, and business intelligence data analysis.
You are proficient in navigating and leveraging tools like Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran to build modular data preparations and clean visualizations.
You are a strategic relationship builder who can navigate team dynamics effectively, manage competing priorities, and smoothly unblock technical teams.
You are an excellent communicator who can turn complex technical data into clear, accessible narratives for a variety of audiences.
