A Change Agent: You know that strategy is nothing without execution. You influence stakeholders effectively to drive change management and ensure alignment across diverse teams.
4+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, finance, Chief of Staff, or a related role.
Experience building business cases and operational models, including evaluating assumptions, scenarios, and trade-offs.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution, coordinating stakeholders, decisions, timelines, and risks.
Experience defining or tracking business performance metrics and using results to recommend actions.
Excellent modeling skills and ability to communicate analysis and recommendations clearly in writing.

Preferred

5+ years of Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or prior BizOps experience.
Healthcare industry experience.

Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
