• You build with the field, not just for it. You incorporate frontline intelligence so the people who use your models trust and adopt them.
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Analytics within complex, multi-system environments.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end funnels (B2B2C, marketplace, healthcare, or lifecycle marketing preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver decision-ready analyses on time and translate complex data into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Strong judgment in balancing analytical rigor with speed, defining scope, and knowing when insights are actionable.
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders independently.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools; SQL a plus) with expertise in funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and operating models.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales, or Growth teams to drive behavior change and improve business outcomes.
