Lendingtree Account Executive at LendingTree Business Loans responsible for helping small business owners achieve financial goals by connecting them with lending solutions. This role owns the sales process from initial conversation through closing in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive with LendingTree Business Loans, you’ll partner directly with entrepreneurs to understand their financing needs and help them navigate their lending options. LendingTree’s financial technology generates warm leads for our Financial Sales team, giving you the opportunity to focus on building trusted relationships, understanding each business’s unique situation, and finding the right funding solution.
You’ll own the sales process from initial conversation through closing, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong communication, consultative selling, and a drive to achieve results make a direct impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Build trusted relationships with small business owners by understanding their businesses, financing needs, and goals through phone and email conversations.
Take a consultative approach to identify appropriate financing solutions and help borrowers achieve their funding objectives.
Present and negotiate funding terms based on each customer’s needs and eligibility.
Own the full sales process from initial customer contact through loan closing, creating a seamless experience for borrowers.
Manage and accurately track your sales funnel using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Consistently source, develop, and close new business at or above quota.
Contribute to a collaborative sales environment by sharing best practices and helping teammates and the broader organization achieve its goals.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of LendingTree Business Loans’ Financial Sales team, working alongside sales professionals who help small business owners access financing through LendingTree’s marketplace.

Strong phone presence
2+ years of quota carrying sales experience
4-year Degree preferred but not required (Finance or Business degree is a plus)
Previous B2B sales, Fintech, SaaS, or financial sales experience desired
Proven ability to learn quickly, be coachable, and close deals
Work as part of a team to share standard methodologies and help the company achieve its goals
Knowledge and previous use with Salesforce strongly preferred
Self-motivated, goal oriented and highly focused
Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
