Adyen Strategic Pricing Manager at Adyen for North America developing and implementing pricing and monetization strategies. The role partners with regional leadership and stakeholders to optimize pricing and support high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing and monetization strategies for local markets, products and payment methods
Partner with regional leadership to develop and translate pricing insights into action
Partner with key regional stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges, and convert these into new pricing initiatives
Drive adoption of global pricing tools and solutions within the region, while channeling regional feedback to inform future global developments
Provide deal pricing support on the region’s most strategic and high-value deals
Act as the regional pricing expert and serve as the first point of contact for regional pricing questions

Required
You have 6+ years of relevant experience in (B2B) pricing, preferably in a strategic, consultancy or other analytical role
You have a strong quantitative and detail-oriented background with excellent analytical and modeling skills. Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Looker is a plus
You convert data insights into actions and tangible output such as optimized pricing strategies, processes, tools, or trainings
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high pace environment where you need to continuously prioritize your work
You are an effective communicator and can build your own network in a global company
You have proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from concept through implementation
