Allica Bank The Lending Servicing Officer manages a wide range of servicing activities across the customer lifecycle for Commercial Lending customers, ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently. The role involves working closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional servicing experience for Commercial Lending customers
Take ownership of customer enquiries from receipt through to resolution
Complete a broad range of lending servicing activities
Review customer requests and supporting documentation for completeness
Manage personal workload to achieve service levels, productivity, and quality standards
Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Credit Operations, and Customer Support teams
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
