Allica Bank The Mortgage Completions Officer manages the post-sanction administration of Commercial Mortgages, ensuring timely progression from Offer stage to loan drawdown and completion. The role involves managing a portfolio of lending cases and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver post-sanction administration to Commercial Mortgages
Satisfy Conditions Precedent to the Mortgage
Manage a pipeline of cases adhering to service level agreements
Maintain good working relationships with legal and valuation panel partners
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain clear and accurate records including sanction audit trail
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Communicate relevant information to team members and senior management
Maintain and update customer records in the Core Banking system
Assist Operations team and other departments as directed
Support wider lending teams including cross skilling

Qualification

Commercial Mortgage based background

Required

Experience delivering high standard of customer experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
