Bridge the gap between Sales and Engineering by translating carrier requirements
Drive new carrier launches from kickoff to go-live
Build product operations muscle including intake process and prioritization framework
Make tradeoffs visible before they become issues
Translate carrier-speak into engineering requirements and constraints
Find patterns across carrier projects to create platform fixes
Keep multiple concurrent projects honest on timeline using TPM mechanics
