Technical Enablement Associate

Required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing or communication-focused roles.
• Basic programming or scripting experience in a language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Bash, or PowerShell, with the ability to write or modify simple scripts.
• Foundational knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity, AI, cloud concepts, web applications, APIs, or identity and access management.
• Practical AI fluency, including experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research and synthesize technical information, and create or refine technical enablement materials, along with a conversational understanding of common AI terminology and concepts.
• The ability to follow technical procedures, troubleshoot using logs and documentation, identify and communicate issues, and escalate blockers appropriately.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and ownership, with the energy, initiative, commitment, and passion to learn; ability to build peer support and strong internal relationships; and an understanding of adult learning principles and program effectiveness measurement.
• You have exposure to SSO, MFA, orchestration, identity governance, authorization, identity verification, identity risk, or related IAM concepts.
• You have built or supported demos, labs, sandboxes, proof-of-concept environments, technical workshops, or hands-on exercises.
• You have experience in technical enablement, sales engineering, software development, IT, cybersecurity, technical support, lab operations, or a related area.
• You have experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, browser developer tools, command-line tools, basic SQL, or Git.
• You have created technical documentation, diagrams, presentations, videos, or learning materials for technical audiences.
