BETA Technologies The Engineering Change Planner at BETA Technologies facilitates coordination of new engineering design and supports product lifecycle management within ERP systems. This role communicates material and inventory requirements and assists procurement and production planning as a change analyst.

Responsibilities

Facilitate coordination of new engineering design for aircraft systems
Communicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teams
Assist in coordination of product lifecycle management from ideation to change implementation within ERP systems
Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation for change management and implementation
Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst
Use and maintain ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability

Required

Degree in STEM or Business with a focus in Operations
General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor
Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and ability to perform under pressure
Extremely strong communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving and thought leadership
Skilled in mathematics, specifically in data analysis
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
2+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Engineering background or comparable technical knowledge
Plex ERP Experience
Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
