Accenture Federal Services The Change Management Practitioner supports change initiatives by increasing employee adoption through communications and training materials. This role involves coaching project teams and coordinating organizational change management activities.

Responsibilities

Develop targeted communications and training materials
Deliver training via classroom or virtual forums
Support other organizational change management activities as needed
Assist in coaching project teams
Support communication efforts, training efforts, engaging senior leaders and organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Evaluate and ensure user readiness

Qualification
