You’ll lead the development of scalable, compliant solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, while mentoring junior developers and driving DevSecOps practices.

Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and scoped applications

Design, code, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations

Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes in a cross-functional agile team

Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and module deployments

Perform code reviews, define development standards, and enforce security best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure stability and performance

Author technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders

Maintain strict compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other federal security frameworks

Support software accreditation and maintain application integrity
