Responsibilities

Support system integration testing across hardware and software components
Develop and maintain HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) test environments
Define and manage requirements traceability and test case mapping
Track defects and test progress using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and reliability standards
Work cross-functionally with robotics, controls, firmware, and product teams

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience testing roboticsProficiency in PythonRobotics experienceSDET or Quality Engineering backgroundSalary Range

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
3+ years (mid-level) or 5+ years (senior) experience in HW/SW testing or validation
Experience testing robotics, embedded systems, or autonomous platforms
Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages
Strong understanding of system integration and debugging methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software interactions

Preferred

Experience building HIL systems from the ground up.
Robotics experience
SDET or Quality Engineering background.
Exposure to AI-driven automation technologies.
Knowledge of safety-critical systems and operational environments.
Successful candidates understand how complete systems behave in real-world environments and are passionate about building automation that improves quality, reliability, and scalability.
Salary Range: $90K-$130k
