We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support managing customer engagements, commercial operations, and strategic business development initiatives.

This role is responsible for helping keep commercial efforts organized and moving forward. You will help coordinate meetings, maintain customer and partner pipelines, track action items, prepare briefing materials, and support opportunities as they progress from initial conversations through contract execution.

Support coordinating customer, partner, and commercial activities across the business.

Help manage meeting logistics, agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-up action items.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, contract status, and business development activities.

Support internal reviews and approvals required to move commercial opportunities forward.

Help prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, and other materials for customer meetings and leadership discussions.

Assist in tracking deliverables, deadlines, and commitments across multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations teams to gather information needed for proposals, contracts, and customer engagements.

Support efforts to improve internal processes, documentation, and organizational systems that enable commercial execution.
