Responsibilities

Zocdoc’s goal is to become the scheduling layer for healthcare, making it easier for patients to find and access the care they need. At the heart of that goal are our integrations. They connect Zocdoc to the systems our customers use every day and make it possible for patients to see accurate availability and book care. For our Enterprise customers, integrations are not just a technical requirement. They are a core part of why customers choose Zocdoc and how they get value from the platform.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, Integrations, you’ll lead the Technical Implementation Specialist team responsible for bringing those integrations to life for our largest and most complex customers. Your team owns the technical implementation experience from discovery through launch, making sure integrations are designed correctly, move with urgency, and support the customer’s goals.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You...
Ambitious and motivated by impact. You’re excited to lead a team that drives business-critical outcomes and you’re never satisfied with simply meeting targets—you look for ways to exceed them.
Passionate about people development. You gain personal satisfaction from helping others grow, mentoring individual contributors, and building a culture of accountability and trust.
Technically curious. You love connecting commercial and technical dots and bridging the gap between client needs and seamless product integration.
Resilient and resourceful. You lead calmly through ambiguity and make high-quality decisions even when information is incomplete.
Collaborative and relationship-driven. You know how to align diverse internal stakeholders toward shared goals, especially across sales, product, implementation, engineering, and integration teams.
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable enterprise integrations.
Identifying integration risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early, then taking action to address them.
Identifying gaps in process, tooling, training, and content, then partnering with the right teams to close them.
Using data to inform prioritization, capacity planning, coaching plans, and continuous improvement.
