Build – Drive the implementation of new product features and processes for managing Merchant financial products

Construct - Navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities. There won’t be playbooks or templates, instead you will create them.

Analyze – Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and convince cross functional partners.

Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align on a path forward and bring these products to market

We’re excited about you because...

You have 4+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / investment banking / management consulting / mergers & acquisitions or related experience (preferable in the financing or fin tech industry)

You have a track record of driving measurable growth — adoption, revenue, or retention — for a product or business

You’re energized by diving into difficult problems with first principles and working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams.

You’re a logic & data-driven problem solver that can leverage Excel/Google Sheets to derive answers (SQL/Python experience is preferred)

Experience working with data analytics and predictive modeling
