Parafin The Account Executive at Parafin will drive awareness and sales of embedded fintech solutions by identifying and prospecting platform partners. The role manages the full sales cycle and collaborates cross-functionally to grow the partnership function.

Responsibilities

Drive awareness for Parafin and embedded fintech by identifying and prospecting platforms
Proactively identify target accounts, initiate outbound messaging, and present Parafin’s offering to external commercial and product teams.
Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals, using a consultative sales approach.
Negotiate and structure platform agreements, collaborating with GTM leadership legal to close.
Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Play a leading role in creating the GTM sales motion and creating the gold standard for helping prospects throughout their sales journey.
Develop a strong understanding of the Parafin products and value proposition
What We’re Searching For:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales preferable at a Fintech company, with a track record of top performance.
Experience selling and building relationships with complex platforms and marketplaces while growing and managing a sales pipeline.
A strong understanding of various business models and strategies in SaaS Platforms and Marketplaces.
Ability to conduct consultative sales process and is comfortable with analyzing and presenting data

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Experience selling and building relationships with complex platforms and marketplaces
