Execute all responsibilities and skills associated with the RBT certification. Must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Provide direct implementation of holistic, neurodiversity-affirming behavior analytic services to students in one-on-one and group settings within schools.

Work closely with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into the daily classroom routine and support students’ engagement and learning.

Support student development in communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care (e.g., toileting, hygiene, dressing) as appropriate to the school context.

Utilize a strengths-based treatment approach developed in collaboration with the educational team.

Collect data consistently on student progress and behaviors during each session and complete timely documentation, including session notes and incident reports.

Participate in classroom observations, team meetings, and school-based training sessions as assigned.
