We’re hiring a founding Account Executive to help build Paid’s revenue engine from the ground up. You’ll work directly with our global founding team to acquire our earliest strategic customers, shape our sales motion, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can sell complex technical products, create structure in ambiguity, and help define how a category-leading AI infrastructure company goes to market.

Own new customer acquisition from first touch through closed-won and into implementation, with a focus on customers in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Run consultative, technical sales cycles with founders and executives

Lead high-quality discovery, qualification, business-case development, POCs, negotiation, and close.

Partner with the founding GTM team to codify what works into scalable sales processes, messaging, and playbooks.

Build pipeline through outbound, founder networks, events, referrals, and in-person selling across the SF AI ecosystem.

Create crisp customer-facing materials, compelling follow-ups, accurate forecasts, and strong internal deal hygiene.

Bring market feedback back into product, positioning, pricing, and customer-success strategy.

Set the bar for Paid’s GTM culture: technical depth, customer obsession, speed, ownership, and craft.
