Ayahealthcare The Regional Outside Sales Specialist, Educational Services at Aya Healthcare leads field efforts to expand presence within school districts by developing partnerships and generating job requests. This role involves extensive local travel and direct engagement with district leaders to support staffing needs in special education and therapy.

Responsibilities

New Business Development
Conduct 5–8 daily walk-ins or 3–4 scheduled meetings with district leaders in order to generate new business
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of target districts in order to win new business
Generate new job orders across SPED, paraeducator, therapy, behavioral health, and general education support roles
Recognize early indicators that may suggest future MSP opportunities
Relationship Building and Account Expansion:
Develop strong, long-term partnerships with district leadership
Visit clients and prospects 4–5 days per week to build familiarity and deepen relationships
Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs and expand existing accounts
Serve as Aya’s local market representative and a trusted partner to district teams
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, as weekly travel is required for this position (eligible business mileage will be reimbursed)
