Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reporting.

Coordinate resourcing and scheduling across consultants, managers, engineers, and assessors based on availability, skills, location, and client need.

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes; escalate appropriately.

Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and communication cadence.

Coordinate kickoff meetings – both external and internal, working sessions, internal syncs, and stakeholder touchpoints; prepare agendas and ensure attendees are equipped.

Capture and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps, and drive outstanding actions to closure.

Lead meetings with relevant questions, tasks, and corrections to ensure engagement timelines are adhered to for meeting Apollo IS and stakeholder requirements.

Maintain and audit project records to ensure they’re accurate in the Professional Services Automation tool (Cloud Coach) and Microsoft SharePoint.

Ensure accurate time tracking for billing, forecasting, and performance metrics; support invoicing and revenue recognition inputs.

Produce project and portfolio progress reports for leadership and clients.

Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling.
