Pylon Labs Product Designer at Pylon Labs to collaborate with product and engineering to design and validate user flows and UI/UX. Build and maintain the design system while incorporating customer feedback and analytics.

Responsibilities

Within your first 7 days, hand off designs to engineering
Dig into and understand customer problems/feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project (no waterfall here)
Navigate both the problem and solution space with cofounders, our PM's, and your peers
Communicate differing opinions and make/facilitate constructive decisions
Think through the broad user flows for new features
Generate high fidelity mocks and think through UI/UX
Build up the design system alongside Wendy, Ben, Natasha and Oliver and engineering partners
Validate design choices with analytics
