Elise AI Ecosystem Strategist on EliseAI's Future Platforms team driving deployment and scaling of AI products in housing and healthcare. Lead engagement success by aligning stakeholders and coordinating with Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
As an Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team, you'll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that centers on strategic execution, with real influence over the product and the motion around it.
You'll act as the primary driver of engagement success: building alignment across complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high-stakes implementation and workflow decisions, and coordinating tightly with Product and Engineering to translate real-world needs into clear requirements and shipped improvements. Because this platform is early-stage and scaling quickly, you'll run engagements and help systematize how we do them, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that let us scale rapidly without losing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own complex deployment outcomes end-to-end: comfortable with ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management and execution, energized by building internal systems that scale, and willing to do whatever it takes to drive customer outcomes.
Own engagement success end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization; ensure outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: Translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans; guide customers through tradeoffs, product constraints, and adoption choices
Run the execution motion: Hold a full book of concurrent deployments at different stages; coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders; keep cadence, risk tracking, and launch readiness current on every one without dropping threads
Run the execution motion: Maintain multi-threaded project plans under ambiguity; coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders; create clear operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness
Configuration and launch: Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams to drive product configuration, data migration, launch, and successful adoption
Support change management: Partner with client leadership on communicating the change through their organization, and identify where workflows or incentives need to shift for adoption to stick
Inform product development: Bring net-new workflow and product requirements to Product/Engineering, grounded in scoping learnings, customer input, and real-world usage
Contribute to the playbook: Feed lessons from engagements into the processes and templates that improve speed and quality as we scale
Support sales and expansion: Participate in later-stage sales and pre-sales discovery to set up successful engagements; help scope realistic engagements and identify follow-on opportunities

Required
We’re looking for founder-minded leaders who take pride in getting complex enterprise deployments live and keeping them healthy. You likely have:
3–5 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs, for example implementation and delivery roles at enterprise SaaS companies, technology consulting, or systems integration
Demonstrated track record of taking enterprise deployments live: you can speak to specific implementations you’ve owned, the obstacles you hit, and how you got to launch
Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background
Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client facing setting
Excellent communication and ability to naturally build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders
Ability to operate creatively and flexibly while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Willingness to travel ~2x per month for ~2-3 days
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
