Account Managers are responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and optimization of programs for our largest corporate customers in North America. They are proactive, consultative, and solutions-oriented partners who consistently deliver against quarterly growth quotas through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and expansion initiatives. They retain and grow customer relationships and revenue across national markets, introducing new products and features while partnering cross-functionally with S&O, Analytics, and Product to unlock incremental business value and drive the DoorDash for Business business forward.

Own a growth-focused book of business and consistently deliver against quarterly revenue and expansion quotas through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and new use-case development.
Engage our largest and most complex customers in growth strategy conversations, identifying and executing new product opportunities that broaden partnership depth and increase revenue streams.
Build and execute strategic account plans that prioritize expansion opportunities, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable revenue growth across your book of business.
Maintain a strong understanding of account-management fundamentals, including protecting against churn, resolving customer issues, and ensuring clients and DoorDash have an aligned financial picture.
Be comfortable organizing and presenting quarterly business reviews, marshaling the right teammates and resources to achieve growth objectives and desired customer outcomes.
Show a strong bias to action and attention to detail to ensure customer needs are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.

Have 6+ years of experience managing complex enterprise clients, ideally in a quota-carrying account management, customer growth, or consultative sales role.
Have a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue, expansion, or growth quotas through consultative selling, cross-sell/upsell motions, and strategic account planning.
Can identify whitespace within complex customer organizations and translate customer needs into scalable product, expansion, and revenue opportunities.
