Define and own the product vision, market strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Last Mile e-commerce — measured by commercial outcomes: pipeline, revenue, adoption, and retention

Lead customer discovery and validation with US-based enterprise and retail accounts; synthesize what’s learned into clear, prioritized direction

Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, competitive strategy, and enablement — and show up directly in strategic deals, QBRs, and executive conversations

Translate strategy into clear, shippable requirements for our Bengaluru-based Product Manager and the Engineering and Design teams they partner with — staying accountable for outcomes without owning the day-to-day delivery

Influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market without direct authority — aligning stakeholders on priorities and surfacing trade-offs rather than smoothing over them

Raise the bar on product craft across the team, mentoring PMs and setting standards for how the org works

Ideal background

Senior product experience in last mile, logistics, transportation visibility, or e-commerce fulfillment — consumer delivery experience a strong plus

Track record of setting product strategy in ambiguous spaces and driving it to commercial results — not just shipped features

Strong customer instinct: comfortable running US enterprise conversations independently and representing product credibly to executives, customers, and prospects

Demonstrated influence at scale — moving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without relying on authority

Experience working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market — positioning, pricing and packaging, launches, and enablement — plus comfort collaborating with a distributed delivery team across time zones
