Sigmacomputing Enterprise Solution Engineer at Sigma Computing manages and delivers technical presales activities including presentations, demos, and prototype development. This role acts as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, working closely with sales and product teams to drive business intelligence adoption.

Responsibilities

Understand and uncover business challenges through discovery sessions or workshops
Engage with business users to define, create, and showcase solution prototypes
Build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars
Present and articulate the business value of the Sigma platform to all organizational levels
Deliver product, technical, and security responses on RFPs/RFIs
Participate in product, sales, and technology certifications
Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

Required

Minimum 5 years of business intelligence experience
Customer relationship skills
Strong understanding of database concepts
Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
ETL experience - Fivetran, Matillion or traditional ETL
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical & business experience
Experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures
Experience with data analytics business use cases
Business consulting
AI/Apps development experience
