Develop event strategies aligned with business goals

Lead planning and execution of annual client conference and other events

Plan and execute regional networking events, trade shows, and industry events

Plan small executive dinners and client gatherings

Manage event timelines across multiple events

Work with sales to set meeting goals and follow up with leads

Secure venues, catering, audiovisual, and other services

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and oversee performance

Coordinate booths, sponsorships, shipping, swag, travel, and staffing

Develop and manage event budgets and track expenditures

Measure event results including leads, meetings, pipeline, and satisfaction

Analyze post-event feedback and recommend improvements
